I will be travelling to Ironman Wales in September and I need an airline friendly Tri-Bike case that also minimizes the amount of bike dismantling. Any suggestions?
I recommend the HenHouse from http://www.rustersports.com . Use code Ben13 for free shipping…

Hi Ben,
i am one week away from cda im, my second and already thinking about next year. i am 52 yrs old and started doing tri about 5 yrs ago.
next year i am going to start working 3 days a week and wondering what you think about doing all my training for im in the four days i will have off.
thanks.
Hi Ben,
I’m interested in how you apply Reverse Periodization into your IM and 1/2 IM training programs? I really like doing these since Rick Niles introduced this concept to me back in the ’90′s.
thanks,
Bill
Hi Ben, i just loaded your 20-week Intermediate Olympic” training plan into my TrainingPeaks calendar. The trouble is, it’s now 11 weeks before the olympic tri i want to do. This will be a repeat of that event; in prior years I did 2 sprint races. I have been training, just not very systematically; so i don’t know if i am ready for anything called “intermediate”, especially jumping in hal-way through the plan! Could you please look at my training log at beginnertriathlete.com to render an opinion on how best to train for these 11 weeks?
Thanks, GWied
